[ 2020 ] Website & Mobile Site:
Showcases application of UX principles learned from Certification classes. Provided valuable lessons about UX debt & need to learn additional software (Framer) in order to ensure responsive design retains desired User Experience.
introduction
The vacation rental owner’s website was very outdated & stale. After creating a new site that offered detail & a branded look at the property to attract potential customers. It highlights the property’s relaxing atmosphere, its location near Lake Austin, and nearby amenities to drive traffic and boost bookings.
The new websites responsiveness does not retain UX design intent, preventing the mobile experience from meeting the owner's goals. It needs to be optimized for mobile in order to provide quick engagement and easy access to booking.
Received valuable feedback from hand sketches and wireframes before creating the final prototype.
